Short-term rental registration & compliance

Since 20 May 2026, Regulation (EU) 2024/1028 requires member states to run registration schemes and online platforms to share activity data with public authorities. These tools sit on either side of that exchange: cities that register and monitor rentals, and hosts or property managers who need clean, traceable guest and property records.

Most municipal-side tools we could verify are US-based. European cities are largely building on national registration portals (the Single Digital Entry Point) instead of buying from a vendor. If you sell STR compliance software to European authorities, add your listing.
